concurrence

  1. Our concurrence has lower prices.

    Our competitors have lower prices.

Die anderen Anbieter sind „competitors“, nie „concurrence“.

  2. There is a lot of concurrence in this market.

There's a lot of competition in this market.

  3. We need the concurrence of the other team, so ask them.

We need sign-off from the other team, so ask them.

Selbst wo „concurrence“ formal passt, sagt man im Büro eher „sign-off“ oder „agreement“.
